Expensive lesson learned. I bought 2 pair of boots from a Facebook ad. Will never do it again. Received 1 pair - size is too small. No packaging included with in order to facilitate return. No phone number to call. Nothing. So I've paid for 2 pair of boots, received only 1 - which I can't even wear. My bad.

After four letters to the CEO which have been ignored I have now written to someone else in their California office. I can't divulge the name because it will be deleted.
I've had the same thing happen but have not had a favorable outcome from Paypal. I'll keep trying.
Paypal, why do you do business with these scammers?
i brought a coat from them if took over 5 weeks to get here the buttons were missing or hanging of i returned it to the address on the label .i sent it tracked to them they did not revive it .i pulled a complaint to pay pal ,and yes just like you they sided with the seller. HOW THEY HELL can they take their side i now have no coat and no refund this is shocking from pay pal i might of well threw the 60 in the air . so much for the customer refund policy and insurance i am disgusted with paypal and chic DONT BUY NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE as for pay pal well amazon will have a good customer now
Exactley the same more disgusted with PayPal I think they are in Leagu with these rougue still waiting for 2 items ordered in September still not arrived opened a complaint in October with PayPal and the closed it after 20 dayes even though I recieved an email from CHIV to say the items were not in stock in the ware house but would be sent in 2 weeks Paypal now refuse to make repayment as they say it case is closed!!! PAypal you are a bunch of muppets been with you fror years. Like insurance you only find out how good a company is until you need to use their claims/ refund policy.
me too i bought two bras from them of 26.88 and i did'nt hear from them back.i got a receipt and a tracking number but no name who the shipping carrier
I had exactly the same experience. I received 3 (crappy) items out of 7. I opened a dispute with PayPal who gave me several dates when it would be closed because the vendor was not responding. A few days ago they told me they closed the case and in favor of the vendor without any explanation. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission against this company and PayPal. I urge all of you to do the same. It is very simple to get to their website and they will investigate any incident related to fraud, which I believe this is. The more of us there are, the more serious will be the complaint.
