Hi - I had the same problem. Ordered a linen dress online, it didn't arrive, I registered a complaint with Paypal, the seller finally shipped it, it turned out to be synthetic, not linen, I returned it (paid $20) to China as directed, then nothing. Paypal for some reason decided against my claim, even though I provided proof of return postage. I just don't get it, I did everything right, kept all my receipts and still this company has got away with scamming me. Can you provide the name for the best person in Paypal to contact for an explanation or reconsideration? Having no luck with the customer service automated FAQ runaround. Thanks so much.

Your text has been removed from the site. It seems they will not allow any communication information to be posted by members on the forum. Someone asked me for the address of Paypal and that was deleted also so you'll have to Google it yourselves.
Strangely enough I recently had an email from Fairymiss quoting the offending order number and asking for a good review of their customer service! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Maybe they've got wind of the fact that we know how unreliable they are and maybe, just maybe they are getting scared of acquiring a bad reputation. AS IF!!!
That is the exact problem I am having! I bought a pair of ankle boots. When they finally arrived they were garbage and I wanted to return them. It will cost me too much to return ship to China and I don't have recourse. Who did you contact in Nebraska?
Oh no! Too late. I ordered last week 28th Jan and still haven't had any confirmation about delivery so was starting to worry. I just emailed them plus opened a dispute as I just want my money back as I believe they are a scam company. So either have posted my items or they have to give me my refund don't they? If I want my money back after a few days.. can't they just cancel the order (I mean PayPal can't they just cancel it)?
