JPMC means JP Morgan Chase, is bank account payment via PayPal to fund a purchase when your PayPal balance has no funds and your bank account was the available funding source for transaction. Cross reference the date of transaction in your bank to any email receipts to find out what the purchase is for. PayPal pays ahead for you to the recipient and await your bank to clear the payment so the transaction date may differ by x number of days but the amount should correspond.
