Does PayPal charge automatic payments from your bank account/debit card if you have a negative balance?
I sold an item on Ebay for $118 and the buyer decided to issue a refund, PayPal gave me a negative balance and then I realized that Ebay tried to charge the money from both of my bank accounts. Would they continue to do this once more money is added into to debit cards? If so, this isn’t fair. Not to mention, this refund was false. I have a strict to refunding policy on eBay and they buyer still decided to refund and completely ignored the question. I need serious help! Someone please get back to me. I also cannot afford to pay back this negative balance, I’d rather have PayPal shut down my account or just keep the negative balance on there. I don’t want them getting into my debit cards.
