Hi I had a account restriction put on my account I have found PayPal several times and tried to upload documents via the website and the app and it will not upload. I kept my PayPal account in my maiden name and didn’t bother to change it however now I’ve got this restriction they asked me to provide a photo ID in which I provided my passport but that was in my maiden name but I also provided my marriage certificate confirming my change of name after speaking to PayPal again they then said they wanted a bill with my address on but I only have bills in my maiden name
