Can anyone help ..... been trying to upload proof of address to the resolution centre for months and it wont accept and cant get through on phone lines !
There is a way to upload files using chat in message center, may have to get to live agent to get the paperclip icon next to message box.
Can try email as redundant method <removed>
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
