I never got a refund for a product I never received. I filed a dispute, but it doesn't show up in either open or closed cases. It also won't let me open another case because it says I already opened one. Conveniently there is no way to contact Paypal. How do people in the community contact them? I have been wasting hours going in circles on the website. I am ready to explode.
