Good Morning, hope you are well? I recently raised a complaint as i didnt receive a invoice or confirmation about an order i did thru paypal! After reading online reviews of the company it looks like a scam unfortunately i should have done this before. However the company has now sent the order confirmation to me but has said they cannot issue the shipment while the dispute in paypal is still there and i need to remove the dispute, is that correct?
