I recently had a buyer purchase a very high valued item. I messaged him all the details with what was going on in my end and he seemed to be fine. Then he opens a PayPal case on the item not received even though I haven't even shipped yet (which he knows). Do I ship the package now with the case still open? Once it gets delivers and shows on tracking, the case should automatically be closed and my funds should be available correct?
