I have been offered a full refund on a jumper that I am very disappointed with. It's not like the one pictured in the ad, it's cheap and poor quality. I have to post it back to China and incur the cost - up to £20 for small parcel. The jumper cost £29.98 so what's the point? Paypal have endorsed the offer from the seller as a fair resolution but I entirely disagree. Does anyone have similar experience?
