Hello, May 24, 2018 I made a purchase through Strong Current Enterprises Limited for a pair of foot supports and only received 1of the 2in the pair. I paid $38.99. Transaction Id: 7W249533P643493W. Would like to be refunded, or have the full set dbegg

File for item received but not as described ie 1 instead of 2.

Escalate to a claim when you get that option.

If paypal find in your favour then you may have to return what you received back to the seller for a full refund......paypal don't deal in part refunds or contacting the seller to send another one.

You would need to send it back trackable at your own expense but wait until Paypal tell you to do so.

You haven't said what country you are in so can't give anymore advice.
