Greetings. I need some help. I've had an ongoing dispute, returned item dispute. Several paypal reps. agreed with and supported my concern that it seems "back room" investigators were showing bias and disregarding proof and strong evidence that seller was in the wrong. How do I contact a live paypal rep that is outside the claims dept.to look at my case? I have proof and a lot of supporting evidence. For instance, seller was not named on the account, account holder filed police report and paypal claim, saying I returned false material. Usps tracking number shows package was delivered AFTER date of claims that paypal honored to breach my deal that was in progress. Advise, please. Thank you.
