Disputing charge

My case is supposed to be open and they need me to send a description but on my app it says the case is not open

Welcome to our Community Forum! If you're running into some road-blocks with your dispute, I'd first recommend trying your Resolution Center on a browser or another trusted device. If your case is still showing closed, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support to review those case details with you. 

 

You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
