I am having an issue with a dispute that I opened for an item that was purchased from China. Before I disputed the charge for the items I looked high and low for the website in which I purchased the item. I couldnt find the website so my next move was to dispute it through paypal. Upon opening up a case I was informed that the seller will issue me a full refund if the items are sent back. To send back an item to china cost an arm and a leg, 77 dollars and some change to be exact. I am arguing that I shouldnt have to send the item back since one it was as described and two to ship the item back would cost me triple what I paid for the item.
