Disputing a case

I need to upload a document from the post office stating my package was not delivered to me after PayPal closed my case. How do I upload a document?

Please contact customer service to appeal/reopen case and have them enable upload function:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

 

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.

I call today and explained myself. I said I had a letter to upload. The reopen the case a s didn’t give me the option to upload as requested. I’d like to avoid the very very long hold time to ask the same question. I will post it on the PayPal Facebook page and perhaps get help that way.
