Disputing a Closed Case in Resolution Center

I filed a dispute on an order that I had not received.  The order contained three items.  The day I filed the dispute the seller shipped out two of the items with a note that the third item would be shipped at a later date.  They then provided the tracking and delivery information to PayPal and PayPal ruled in their favor before checking with me.  I never received the third item so I would like to file a claim on that item but the case is closed.  What should I do?

Give customer services a call they 'may' open a dispute for item received but not as described for you ie you received a part order, bet it was from China as that is one of their 'tricks'.
