Opened a dispute for items not arrived, a week later and 8 weeks late partial delivery occurred but only 4 out of 5 items. So informed paypal and tried to change dipute to partial refund. Heard nothing, now paypal say because seller provided postage tracking that dispute is closed yet I still have no item or partial refund, disappointed my iterests were not looked after by paypal. And will not be using paypal in the future, find there resolution centre like going round in circles. Any one have any thoughts or a phone number to contact paypal
