I was scammed by a company, totally my fault. I tried calling PayPal but they are not currently accepting phone calls due to the high volume of calls. I tried to send a message under the message us tab and it is not going anywhere. When I tried to dispute the charges pay pal said they are unable to dispute the charges. Any suggestions
