Hi Guys, having a nightmare. Sold via deepop an item on 8th December £40. Sent parcel with tracked post and was delivered day after. The recipient claimed they hadn't received item a few days later so I contacted the postal service who after investigating sent me a photo of the delivered item. The purchaser confirms the photo is their property but that it wasn't delivered to their 'designated safe space' and it's been stolen. I contacted the postal service and they told me.ita been delivered so I can't open.a.lissing parcel claim. The buyer then opens a dispute and claim via paypal on.31st December. It's now nearly a month later and the info is with PayPal but Im still without my money. Anyone else had a similar issue and how was it resolved by PayPal?
