Is anyone else having issues with the dispute center not being available? I have been trying for over a week to check the status of my dispute, which was supposed to be resolved weeks ago, but get an error message stating there is an issue on Paypal's side & to try again. I also now can't message Paypal & my previous attempts to contact about this were ignored.
