I ordered two cordless dewalt grease guns, seller shipped two small coin purses. Since they have tracking number that an item was sent Paypal won’t do anything. I contacted seller he said he would give me a 70 percent refund, I said no I need the grease guns or my money back. He didn’t want me to ship the small coin purses back. Paypal denied my claim since they have tracking number.
