I am trying to answer a dispute on my paypal account but cannot figure out how to do it

Hey Confused18,
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with the dispute. You can view and respond to your case in the Resolution Center, which you should be able to find by clicking on the bell at the top right of the screen next to the gear and "Log out." Then, click "Respond" next to the open case. I hope this helps!
