I was charged 613.97 $ from avis rent a car for two days...Obviously this would be a flag. There was no damage, unlimited miles and 19.99 a day charge. This was disputed and unauthorized. How and why does paypal have the right to not only pay something that is completely Obviously incorrect but to pay it after it has been disputed??? And there collection agency closed the case because of how ignorant paypal was in even charging me. They apologized and sent it back to paypal letting them know they were dropping there collection attempt with me because of paypals ignorance and wrong doing? How do I resolve this problem please and thank you
