How do I contact a human to get a dispute resolved when messages are not read and comprehended ?

I, too, would be interested to have this questions answered. I have $500 in unauthorized money sent to a third-party, but no results when I try to resolve this through the Resolution Center.

They did refund my money but their communication setup leaves a lot to be deseired.
