Someone added a prepaid card to my account. Then they transferred my PayPal balance to the card. They also initiated a large transfer from my bank to my PayPal balance. I dispute the transaction that was made from my balance to the card BUT PayPal deemed that there was no unauthorized use! I never authorized any of this. I dont know what to do. So any help is greatly appreciated!!! PS, I've already started trying to figure out how to find out on what grounds PayPal determined it was an authorized transaction.
