I sold a virtual item on ebay and accidentally put a shipping label on it. But my buyer did received the account and sended me the money which is on a 21 day hold. So if my buyer try to do a false dispute would I win or not? My evidences against him are he left feedback on ebay saying he already got it, discord chat, and talked with multiple ebay agents that know he already got the item, and the buyer talked to a paypal agent saying he already got the order. Is this enough evidence for me the seller to win in a dispute?
