Hello, I have a question about a transaction I made yesterday. The seller is not the same seller as I originally placed the order with. Also, I placed the order as a guest and the amount I should have been charged was 66.98. Looking at the receipt it shows the seller actually charged me 77.03. What can I do as it wont let me dispute the charge since I wasnt logged in to an account?

Good day @Ambercrsn
I hope all is well.
Re your concern, since guest checkout does not come with PayPal purchase protection so please contact the seller directly or you may reach out to your bank/card issuer to discuss some options available.
