You should have opened a dispute for item not as described ie missing.
Then if you had to return it, you just return what you received trackable for a refund.
Sadly its x1 dispute per transaction.
If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then talk to your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.
Advice is voluntary.
