I won a disputed case last month and today I received a package from what I think is the seller. What do I do with it? I haven’t opened it yet so I don’t really know if it’s what i ordered from them but I’m pretty sure cause I haven’t ordered anything online since that bad experience. What do I do with the package?

If you still want the item then you can pay the seller again, if you don't want the item then you can send it back again.

If the return would cost you money then contact the seller and request a pre-paid label if they want it back again.
