I've initiated a dispute through PayPal in May 2020. It is October. There has been no response. I did not receive merchandise. On September 13, I made another purchase from a different merchant. There has been no correspondence from the merchant since then. I realized that the merchant is in China. So was the previous one. They do not advertise as non-USA based companies. I do not wish to purchase from China as it takes too long to receive merchandise. PayPal is not responsive either. Don't use PayPal if you are looking for purchase protection. Use your credit card!
