I purchased goods from a vendor and he never sent them, I've been dealing with this for over a month, I opened a dispute, and elevated it to a claim, the seller has had ten days to respond and hasn't, but it still says waiting for sellers response. What are the next steps I need to take to get my money back, it's a somewhat significant amount, at least to me and I just want this resolved so I can move on.
