Been having problems with a seller. I have been back and forth with them. Not luck. Try to email paypal and all I get to resolution page. Which I have been on. This is the 2nd. Seller I have been **bleep** with. And no redund. Lost 54 dollars with the first. And now I am going to lose 27 dollars. I thought paypal was safe to deal with. I guess I was wrong. Any help please. Thank you debbie
