I have two cases with chinese companies where the said product was delivered, but i never received it. Seller provided tracking numbers that were not recognized by carrier, yet my claim was denied! Paypal does not offer any buyer protection!
I don't understand how they claim to have buy protection and don’t even let you Appeal a claim at least once. This will be the last time I use PayPal with confidence. Mine was also a Chinese company that provided a tracking number and my items never showed up either.
As many have noted, PP’s practices are so ludicrous that it would be funny if the scenarios are in a movie. But sadly it is playing out in real life and hordes of victims are paying the price. I had stopped using PP, we need to vote with our feet to make things happen.
