Disputes and limitations

I would appreciate some help.  I am a new business user. Only 3 transactions.  I have been trying to collect the money to no avail. I tried using the chat person, but that did not yield any help. Tried calling a number that I found, only to be disconnected saying it could not support the call at this time.  Now I just got an email stating “ you can no longer do business with PayPal.  No explanation, nobody to talk to, to figure out what I could possibly have done. Nor can I get my money that I was trying to get. Does anyone have any suggestions. This sure is not user friendly. Very poor customer service. Frustrating.
