NO RESOLUTION??? I have been the victim of an online scam, bought one product, account was charged 2x, can you say FRAUD??? Did NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER I PAID FOR, reported it, BIG SURPRISE.... CASE WAS NOT INVESTIGATED just very quickly DENIED!!! CHINESE MERCHANT SENT 3 FACEMASKS FOR BOTH ORDERS!!!
INFORMED CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO HELP!! WHERE IS YOUR BUYER GUARANTEE.... DOESN'T EXIST!!
