Hello, I was wondering if someone could please help me? When I entered the case details, I requested the full amount to be disputed. I even re-entered the full amount in the Case Notes where I explain the situation. However, the disputed amount was changed to be $400 less than the full amount. When I contacted PayPal support, someone said that this is because I was charged a 4.4% + 0.30 fee. I believe this is wrong, since I am the buyer?
Ultimately, the case was closed in my favor, but I only received a partial amount that is $400 less than the full amount of the transaction. I received a message from PayPal support a few days ago indicating that the remaining $400 would be refunded back to me, but this has not been reflected on my PayPal summary yet. I followed up on this and someone else responded saying that the $400 is included in the partial refund I received.
How do I get help getting the rest of my money back? Thanks in advance.
