Disputed Transaction

I made a payment to someone for event tickets. The person has not sent them, and it has been 4 days. I was just informed by the event manager that this was not a ticketed event, and the sale was in fact a scam. I have already filed a dispute, but it currently shows the person has not received the funds as of yet. How do I get this new evidence to PP in hopes of stopping the payment from being received by this scammer?
