Hello! I’m a beginner of using PayPal. Recently I have got the money but somehow the recent dispute that I cannot solve. I wanted to transfer this money to my card but I have no access to that I can only estimate the dispute but I don’t want to.

You can't withdraw funds held as part of a dispute until the dispute has been resolved.
