On 24/06/2021 I opened a dispute and after doing so I closed it because I thought I'd try to contact the seller first. It's been 5 working days since I sent the email and I haven't received a reply. I wish to re-open the dispute is it possible?
Sadly not, paypal warn you before closing disputes saying if you do you won't be able to re-open it or open a second one for the same transaction.
