Hey just wondering if anyone has ordered from a company that seems legit. Adverts on facebook. Overseas - china post. Then been sent a cheap item in place of sn expensive large item. Upon advising them you have sent me something i didnt order and ask for ur items or money back. In one email apologise for mistake and offer 40% refund. Once i demand 100% refund they then claim sorry you need to see your post office because my items have been shipped and received as the tracking number states. Now not their problem...... now it looks like my word against theirs. Im hoping paypal check in with local post offices when this stuff happens. I had 3 orders with a total of 12 very large items. The post office would not have had the room to store them all. My word against theirs. Not happy at all. Anyone had good outcomes in a similiar situation??
