Hi

 

I just had a dispute with a buyer on Ebay

 

They bought a dress and on receipt sent an email stating it not fit . In EBay it was stated that there was no return policy (as it was a garment)

 

The buyer opened a dispute on Paypal stating that item was not as described. 

 

The information clearly stated large size and the package photo also verifyed this

 

How Paypal have decided that I must take the return (it is on its way back) and will refund the money from my

 

This is unjust and unfair
