Dispute

I dispute an unauthorized charge and paypal declined that it was unauthorized. So now I'm trying to file another dispute that I haven't received the item for the same unauthorized dispute and it won't let me. How do I dispute something that I already disputed but for a different reason?

Contact PayPal to request a change of reason of claim to item not received. Be sure to reference the case ID in the message.

 

  1. Go to: https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
  2. Click Disputes and account limitations
  3. Click Disputes
  4. Click Dispute a payment
  5. Click Message Us after the “This information might help” box
