Hi so checked my bank today had a few payments that I haven't authorised contacted the company but they can't do anything as the payments was done through paypal

Start a dispute with PayPal and explain that the seller says they can't help you. Paypal let's you try to work it out with the seller while in dispute status. Escalate the problem to a claim then PayPal will get involved.
