Hi. A buyer requested a refund 4 months after a purchase. The item was as described and brand new. They contacted Christmas Day saying it wasn’t abs requesting a refund. I advised them it was but knowing PayPal would find in the buyers favour I told them to return the item in the condition it was sent and I would refund. It’s not showing they have cancelled their request? Can they open and close it as the please?
