Hello. I want to escalate my dispute to a claim but I can’t find how to do this. It just lets me open and close my case and that’s it.. many thanks

Which dispute type is it?

If its unauthorised then you are telling paypal you were hacked and the transaction made without your consent, so no need to escalate that as paypal will check IP addys etc and make a decision.

 

However if it was for item not received or not as described then normally you can escalate as long as its longer than 7 days post payment.

Normally you can't escalate until its 7 days post payment.
