Hi folks, need some advice. I bought a bag from someone on Depop, it was described as never used, when it arrived it was a complete mess- marked, stained, ripped etc. Seller has accepted this now as I showed her pics. She is willing to give me a full refund if I return the bag. She overcharged me for postage, I was charged £4.50- actual cost £3.10. I've opened a dispute on PayPal, do I have to wait for instructions from them about what happens next? I don't want to post the bag back and it suddenly goes missing and I also don't want to lose money with the extra postage costs . Thanks
