Does PayPal allow sellers to require buyers to pay for return shipping when the wrong item was delivered? I assumed the answer is no. However I just found myself on the receiving end of this situation. I am the buyer, not the seller, of an item that is different from the item ordered. The PayPal returns process is instructing me that I will pay for return shipping. I indicated that it was a wrong item at the time when I made the return request. The order was fulfilled directly by the seller
