Having trouble with a Chinese company having slow replies and having a confusing policy. they had sent me the wrong item and when i tried contacting them they basically ignored me until i filed a paypal claim. Right now after they want me to ship my item back but i have to foot the shipping cost? Wanted paypal to step in to resolve this but so far no reply from their messaging system. Anyone having troubles?
