If I want to purchase an item and the seller claims it is original but he only want me to pay via paypal .. if i receive the item and it is not as described or if it is somehow damaged can i make a claim or a dispute to get my money back ? If yes how long will it take ... i guess my question will be backed up if im trying to get **bleep** over
