I have some issues with a dispute. I want to keep the item, but since it’s different than described, I wanted to get 50% refund. For some reason I couldn’t accept the offer from the seller. There was always some kind of error. I escalated to paypal, and now they’re telling me to send the items back, but they are already used and one broken. What should I do now?
